Order preparation times

Our jewelry is handmade to order.

Preparation times vary according to the number of processes involved and stock levels. Please see each product for specific preparation times.

Shipping Times

​Shipping times are estimated in addition to preparation times.

All options are provided at checkout.

​Tracking information will be emailed upon order dispatch. If your order has not arrived after the time estimated at checkout, please first check the tracking link in your order dispatch email, and then, if you require further assistance, contact the atelier at atelierpadmala@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Bear in mind that due to Covid-19, shipping options from Indonesia have been reduced.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer free DHL Express shipping worldwide for any order totaling U$S200 or more (not inc. the shipping cost itself). For orders totaling less than U$S200 we offer various shipping options, depending on your country of delivery – please view your cart to use our shipping calculator, or proceed through checkout to see your shipping options before committing to buy.

We will not be held responsible for damaged or lost items 

 

Import Duties and Taxes

​Import duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Padmala Atelier and are to be paid by the customer if and where applicable. 

Since we are an Indonesia-based business, there have been some significant changes for customers buying from and importing to countries in the European Union (as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland).
