What is included?

Every Padmala Atelier piece we sold comes with a 3-month warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order. The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and damage which has not been provoked by an incorrect use of the item. We will carefully study if, by any chance, the defect has been caused by an improper use of the piece(s).


How can I change my order before I receive it?
Contact our customer service department at hello@atelierpadmala.com so that we can change or cancel your order before sending it. To cancel your order, we'll need to receive your request between 24-48 hours after the purchase was made. Shortly we will contact you to confirm if the cancellation of your order has been made possible.

If you need to change the shipping address, you can do so only if your order has not been shipped.

 

Has my order been placed correctly?
The confirmation of your order is sent directly to the email address you provided when you placed the order. If you haven’t received confirmation, please contact our customer service department.


Payment methods

You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, Wise, Bank Transfer. Payments with credit or debit cards will be processed through the Xendit payment system. Padmala Atelier does not manage credit card numbers.
